Anyone have tips on referencing the Parent Account in an Account saved search?

This has come up a few times...I dont recall it ever being answered

It appears that for SuiteTalk you have to make a GetSelectValue request, but in Saved Searches we can’t seem to reference it.

@shubs I'm not sure it will answer your goal, but you can create a custom checkbox over the account record "Is Parent" and populate it manually or via WF. Then you can use this logic at saved search.

Yes, that’s a great work around but frustrating to have to figure out a workaround for a standard field.

This is a common work around to present fields that currently aren't available at account table saved search.

I appreciate the input. Might have to do that. 😕
