When we delete Items Fulfillments, we enter the "Reason" and a "Note". How can I create a search that shows those two columns? I tried the "Deleted Records" but it does not includes those columns.

@mescalante are you entering that information on the item fulfillment that you're deleting? If so, that's not going to be saved when the transaction is deleted. Only the information available in the audit trail is saved.
Perhaps someone has created something that stores the information in a custom record?
