they also have advance customer service. we have premium with ACS hours. The ACS team is dedicated and they get to know your account. Not sure if you can have ACS without Basic or Premium. We used to have a TAM which ACS just replaced. So far, they are definitely extremely knowledgable and they can push other cases through support for you.
