Is anyone aware of any way to prevent an active employee from getting the Hard Bounce flag tied to their account? After implementing some email security features, if a virus is passed from NetSuite to our domain and our mail server blocks it (which happens often), NetSuite gives the user a hard bounce flag and the rest of their emails go undelivered (coded with Not sent: address(es) recently bounced). It's a pain in the ass to have to constantly look at a reminder on my dashboard to see which users have been flagged. I'd hate to have to create a bypass to allow viruses from NetSuite, so that this doesn't happen.
