11/19/2018, 10:07 PMcorrect.. Sandbox has to be updated monthly. A year later and I still keep forgetting... (to create a scheduled reminder, so I don't keep forgetting).
correct.. documentation is awful. I also had the misfortune of working with a bank whose technical resources were equally awful.
