Is it possible to publish dashboards to a customer centre role?

Unfortunately not because you can't add to this role the "publish dashboards" permission.

We had to purchase SuitePeople to be able to “publish” dashboards to Employee Center. It won’t work with standard employee center licenses. Also, only a certain types of things can be published to the employee center. For example, we wanted to push Dashboard Tiles and Navigation Portlet, but from what we heard those are things that won’t be supported in either variants of Employee Center.
