is there anyway to mark show intrrnalid checkbox as true in personal preference for all the users?

Not by user, but you can do it by role. Edit the role, under Preferences you can set the role.

That is helpful. Will it update the preference for any existing user as well using that role? And what can I do about users using netsuite standard roles like admins ? Beside asking them to update their individual preferences.
