Hey guys, looking for some guidance. How do you guys currently handle customer returns in netsuite with an inbound shipment?

Meaning what? Inbound shipment only handles purchases from vendors so IR and PO.

in current state we are not live yet but when we process an rma for an international order, we will link an inbound shipment to it to bring the material back. In future state in Netsuite, i would like to do something similar but similar to what you said it only handles PO and IR. I thought if i can make a new form i can work around it but i guess Netsuite inbound shipments does not handly anything customer related

is the point to hold the shipment / customs / manifest / commercial invoice data?
