Does anyone know how to change the sender name for customer centre access notification emails (the one where you set the password)?
Regarding sender domain; I'm not sure that the DKIM setting affects emails coming from "nlmailer@notification.netsuite.com". I think it only affects emails coming from system@sent-via.netsuite.com

Interestingly, if the customer already has access, they get the email from system. If they do not have access, they get the email from nlmailer.

Looks like you can't suppress the follow up email after the customer creates a password - NetSuite have created onboarding process that looks like phishing if you're using SCMA or SCA.
