So is NetSuite Next a layer on top of NetSuite? Another portal? Extra cost? Available for US/Canada only? 🤔

Pretty sure it’s extra cost.

NetSuite Next is essentially what NetSuite will become. Rollout will be gradual at first, with US and Canada first, but eventually we expect every customer to use it. We are essentially completely rewriting the frontend and metadata framework that it sits on to make this possible. As you might imagine, it takes a long time and we are keen not to break anything (eg your customisations).
