How do I get the `Related Records` tab to show on a form for a Custom Transaction type?

I have some custom fields that live on Related Records that are applied to some standard transaction types as well as one of our custom transaction types but I cannot find them in Customise form or in Move Elements Between Subtabs for the custom transaction type…. because they are on the Related Records tab.

As a data point of 1: I use Custom Transactions created as `Transaction Style &gt; Purchase`
