Hello everyone! Has anyone come across a requirement to combine custom segment–based approvals with SuiteApprovals? Here’s the case: • Level 1: Approval based on a custom segment (cseg) • Level 2: Department approver • Level 3: Specific approver Since SuiteApprovals doesn’t support custom segments out of the box, I’m wondering if anyone has experience customising the workflow to include cseg in the approval process. Any insights or references would be greatly appreciated!

We use netsuite flexi approval and it support above combinations.
