Hi, everyone, I'm working with a client that is considering implementing RFSmart WMS. Given that RFSmart runs entirely within the Netsuite environment, I'm wondering how much we should expect the app to slow down typical system operations like record loads/saves, etc. Does anyone here have experience with the before/after of an RFSmart implementation and can share their impressions about system performance? Any insights would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Depends upon the implementation they do and any customisation considering the business. Our system slowed down by roughly 20-25% but quite heavily customized. Overall a good solution, and a decent support team which resolves the issue or at least communicate it promptly.

Consider line count on waves, they say it can handle 2,000 lines, but if your system has a lot of other processes running you can hit fails.
