our SO's are taking 30-60 secs to load. Anyone else seeing problems?

Intermittently, yes. We've had a ticket open for performance issues for several weeks. NetSuite keeps telling us everything looks and function properly. But my team is struggling with hang-ups, slow downs, and timeouts. Support hasn't been helpful at all since this began for us. We've been using NetSuite for 10 years now.... we know when it's performing poorly and exhibiting sickness. Something seems off in the hosting environment.

Phoenix 5, I believe. Having 429 too many request issues today...
