Need help with a Suitecommerce issue that just appeared in a live customer site. They use cybersource for payments so not sure if its related. When a payment is submitted they are receiving a "You must choose a payment option" error message and the payment screen just freezes. This just started happening 9/26. Prior to that there has not been an issue for years.

We have a few customers who have reported this in the past few days.

Thanks Steve for confirming! I had seen yesterday a post on reddit regarding the same issue SuiteCommerce Advanced - Payment Option error when paying Invoices : r/Netsuite They noticed the same issue on the exact same date. Their last successful payment was 9/25 and stopped working on 9/26. They had assumed it was the move to 2025.2 that happened on 9.27 but I confirmed we are having the same issue on 2025.1 so it doesnt appear to be a version issue.

It could, for example, be a problem with Cybersource / their integration with NetSuite, rather than SuiteCommerce or NetSuite

The few customers that you have that are reporting the issue. Are they using Cybersource? The post from the user on reddit was using Windcave as their payment processor.

One is Cybersource. The other two don't mention a particular processor

Do you happen to know if there's been any resolution in any of the cases?
