Hi Everyone, is there a way to generate an invoice without posting into GL?

Invoice is GL impacting, one option is to use proforma invoice, but unfortunately Netsuite doesn't support it. There is a workaround suiteanswers 91653

This is probably not exactly the use case you're getting at, but wouldn't using approval routing and having an invoice in a pending approval status also cause it to be non-posting?

We solved this by creating a custom Sales Order Confirmation PDF that's titled as a pro-forma invoice.
