Hey all, I currently have 2 systems running on two different platforms (Netsuite and airtable) for serving different purposes. They have some of the same fields which should be the same/updated in real time (back and forth) i.e., when a change happens on a netsuite field in a record, then the same change should happen on airtable, and vice versa. I already have various webhooks running which are connecting airtable to my frontend platform, so I believe that what happens here is creating a new webhook between netsuite and AT fields? I was just wondering if anyone else has ever built or achieved something similar even f it's with another system like excel etc., if so - how did you do it? Do you have any guidance/advice/tips? If airtable has a REST API to push to, then you'd need to push to that from netsuite. You would need to create an API module to communicate with airtable and then some kind of generic UE (if wanting real-time. Otherwise a map/reduce script) that you can apply to whatever records that looks at a mapping of netsuite fields to the airtable fields and gets the field values and uses the API module to push to airtable. You can even have parent/child custom records that define this mapping so you can manage it through netsuite and not code. Really depends on how deep down the hole you want to go.

Hi @Alaa - yes, I used Celigo to build integrations from Centric8 and Netsuite. The Airtable documentation is pretty good and tells you how to authenticate and how to reference the fields. I did need to use a fair amount of custom Javascript in Celigo for my use-cases but that was mostly issues with Centric8 and the data. You could try it yourself or else ask for a quote from Celigo or a Celigo partner (or indeed an alternative IPAAS such as Boomi is that is your preference).
