Hi everyone - I have a revenue recognition report that I customized and shared with other roles. I own the report and can modify it. But when I run it, it no longer returns any data. I've refreshed it, updated dates, and still nothing. However, it still shows data for the main business user. She wants modifications, and I'm reluctant to make them while I can't see data. I'm an admin and have access to all Nestuite data. The report Audience is to specific roles, including Admin, and Access is to specific roles, including Admin. I previewed the report with all roles for Audience and Access and still no data. Any ideas on what's happening? Thanks!

I've tried that and just tried again - no luck. I've also tried multiple browsers unsuccessfully.

I had an issue before where a user coped a report from the original and made changes to his copy. After a few days they renamed the report(their copy) and all that data went poof. After they changed the report back to the original name the data came back

Thanks - I'll confirm the report ID and report name with the user.

Check any hidden filters. When you run reports on NetSuite it will keep any criteria from the last time you ran it including filters.
