I am working on setting up WIP and Routing and have a question on Work Centers. I have a a work center with 30 labor resources, but building an operation only uses one of those resources. How do I set it up so the routing only uses one labor resources and the other 29 are open for capacity? I don’t see where I define the number of resources for the step.

Capacity in WIP & Routing is linked to the work center rather than the specific operation step. You should change the Resource Units on the routing operation to 1 if you want only one of the thirty labor resources used. This will ensure that only one "slot" is taken and the others are left available. The configuration relies on how you define the work center and its resource units because NetSuite does not dynamically distribute across individuals.
