Had enough and filed (yet another) Support Ticket for slow performance. Just before a vacation on 8/14, our production account was actually working really well (at times I might even say "quick" or "fast"). When I returned to work 8/25, everything was slow as molasses. I'm not sure what happened between 8/14 and and 8/25, but whatever it was it's reduced our database performance very noticeably. Multiple added seconds for view/editing/creating transactions. Saved Searches timing out. Dashboard Reminders timing out. Scripts that have run every day for years now taking 3x and 4x the time to complete. It's like someone slammed us onto another bank of servers that's overwhelmed with too many client databases and load. It's awful and I'm again having to fight to have our baseline standard performance met. Just FYI for anyone else on the fence about complaining.

What Data Center are you in?

I've noticed some degradation in ours as well over the past week to week and a half. It's not horrible, but definitely noticeable. PHX data center

So far support doesn't seem to care that scripts are taking 3 times the time to run. They're trying to put the onus back on me. "Use less scripts, then.... disabling them makes things faster." It's not like I'm adding new scripts weekly/monthly. These are scripts that have been running fine for YEARS with no issue. Then overnight in August everything started taking 2-4 times as long. No care or concern from Support on this. Typical.
