Hi, can an item be disable completely in one website if the company have 2 sites? Item collection is not a good idea since the customer needs to be logged in. Commerce categories, sure, but with the url component all items are accessed.

If the sites are separate then just remove the item from the commerce catalog of the site you don't want it on (or otherwise uncategorise it, assuming you don't have "show uncategorised items" enabled on that site)
