Required qualifications to be successful in this role • 5+ years as a NetSuite Technical Consultant • Strong background in ERP and finance processes (Revenue, Billing, GL, COA, Deferred/Unbilled Revenue) • Deep understanding of billing, revenue recognition (ASC 606/IFRS 15), and quote-to-cash processes • Experience integrating with CPQ, CRM, tax, and payment systems • Hands-on with NetSuite ARM, dashboard/report building, suite analytics, saved searches • Experience with audits, data integrity, and system governance • Ability to be a thought leader • Proven consultative approach with client-facing experience • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Problem-solving mindset with ability to work in ambiguous environments • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Adaptability to changing requirements and priorities • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) for cross-functional collaboration • Documentation capabilities to clearly document processes and frameworks • Mentoring and guidance abilities for junior team members • Self-starter mentality capable of working independently without close supervision • Professional demeanor with focus on timeliness, accuracy, and results • Cultural fit for collaborative, results-driven environment
