Just a follow-up from yesterday...
The below error ONLY happens in SBX... my colleague remembers reading somewhere that Claude ONLY works w/ PROD. Has anyone successfully connected Claude w/ SBX or is that not a thing?

Works smoothly with both Testdrive and Sandbox accounts.

Hello Mohammad. We followed your instructions and the NetSuite documentation exactly. We are still getting the below error in the SBX:

Under Manage Integrations, Edit Claude AI record and set status to Blocked. This will make it inactive. Now try setting up the connector again.

@NetSuite Ninja were you able to successfully connect the NS MCP Tools with Claude Web / Desktop?
