Hello! I am setting up a SuiteCommerce domain on a demo NetSuite account. When I tick the "Use SSL Certificate to Secure Domain" checkbox then save the Domain record, I get this error: "Unable to deploy secure domain, because the provisioned amount would be exceeded." Is SSL certificates allowed for demo accounts? If so, how can I request for secure domain provisioning?
s
If you have access to SuiteCommerce then you should have at least 2 secure domain SKUs provisioned to your account. You can check your allowed amount in the Billing Information page. If it's two, then it means you already have two secure domains active on your demo account, so you'll need to deactivate one before you can create another one.

Hi Steve, I have access to SC but on the Billing Info of the demo account, I can see 0 provisioned qty for Secure Customer Domains:
Is that something I can request for a demo account?
s
I suppose so. It depends on how/why you have this demo account
If, for example, it's a demo account so you can do LCS training on SuiteCommerce, then you should talk to your trainer or whoever set up the account for you
It's hard to say because I don't know why you have this demo account
e
yeah, it's for SC training. I'll reach out to the one that manages this demo account, thanks!

OK, that makes sense. They should have provisioned you this, so it's probably just a small mistake
