Is there a way to manipulate the discount date on a bill? Instead of using the Days till Discount Expires?

You can change the discount date directly on the bill. Look for the "Discount Date" field in the bill form. If you don’t see it, check your form customization settings or add it through Setup > Customization > Forms. This allows you to set specific dates instead of depending on the automatic calculation from payment terms.
