Anyone know which permissions are needed to allow the Claude tools to be able to create invoices or classes or do these need to be custom tools?

I tried creating a sales order but was told by the AI that this was not possible. I'm 50/50 on this. Although it would be a great way to create the salesorders in the wrong hands it would be a disaster.

I think if the tool is available it would be possible but not sure the permission which would allow the tool to be accessible. Agree any of this would be back in the wrong hands ha

If you're curious about the functionality that you get "out of the box" with the AI Connector, after installing the "MCP Tools" SuiteApp, check out the SuiteApps > com.netsuite.mcptools folder in the File Cabinet. In it, you should see the Custom Tool scripts. It's interesting to see how they've implemented the connector. And the examples are a great way to get started creating your own tools.
