My worries with AI + NetSuite are in the realm of Security, Data Consistency, Controls, Validation, etc. My nightmare is my users interacting with the ERP using a chat bot that says Yes to everything. AFAIK the new AI Connector runs as a Restlet, with the permissions of the role in the integration record. I would need to think again about my previous assumptions about Context when setting up this new way of work.
