Does your role has the sufficient permissions? can check with role permission in setup tab?

Now I am getting the following error trying to access the runCustomSuiteQL:

in this article that error is not listed. Probably will be working after few mins, or maybe try reconnecting.

yeah it is pretty unstable at the moment.

we couldn't connect - it would say it was connecting and did the 'connected' popup but remains listed as not connected in the list
