Sorry after i reread what i wrote that was really confused 😝 I created a custom record called “Close Calendar”, under the Center link tabs I put “Transactions -> Financial -> Close Calendar” Under the Controller role, I added the “Close Calendar” custom record permission and get it to edit. If I switch from my administrator role to the Controller role, I am able to see Close Calendar as an option using the navigation path of Transactions -> fnancial -> close calendar. However, when other users switch to Controller role, they do not see Close Calendar as an option
