User Acceptance Tester (NetSuite SuiteApps) About the role We’re looking for a detail-obsessed User Acceptance Tester to validate a variety of NetSuite SuiteApps before release. You’ll design and execute UAT plans that mirror real-world workflows, uncover edge/corner cases, and partner with product and engineering to ship reliable features. What you’ll do • Own end-to-end UAT for multiple SuiteApps (planning → execution → sign-off). • Translate business requirements into clear test scenarios and acceptance criteria. • Proactively identify missing, negative, and corner-case use cases. • Create and maintain test cases, test data, and requirements traceability. • Log, prioritize, and retest defects; communicate risk and release readiness. • Collaborate with PMs, developers, and SMEs to refine scope and usability. What you’ll bring • Extensive, hands-on NetSuite experience across core modules and SuiteApps. • NetSuite Certification (required). • Strong understanding of workflows, roles/permissions, integrations, and data flows. • Proven ability to think like an end user and spot gaps before customers do. • Clear written/verbal communication and structured documentation skills. • Bonus: Experience with TestRail (or similar) for test case management and reporting.
