Hi all, I have a number of scheduled Workflows based on saved searches for Accounts Receivable that create tasks / phone calls, etc on Open Invoice records. These have been running every day for years with no issues. Suddenly today, all of them gave me this error: Permission Violation: The restrictions on your role deny you access to this record. I am an admin, and my Workflow is set to Run As Admin. Any thoughts on why this would suddenly happen?

YES! Getting the same error from several of our client accounts when creating CRM Tasks. I've been trying to diagnose without any luck.

Check if your admin role permissions got modified recently; sometimes updates or role changes can break existing workflows even when "Run As Admin" is selected. Also verify the saved searches used by the workflows still have proper permissions and aren't hitting any newly restricted records. Also, try editing and re-saving one of the workflows to refresh the permissions context. Sometimes that fixes permission inheritance issues that develop over time.

Looks like NetSuite resolved it overnight. We're back to normal again (without having made any changes).
