Hi, I wanted to create a field and set it's value from the Maximum Close date of the Invoice per Contract no, per tranch no. This is from an Invoice transaction..I know how to create a custom field but I don't know how to set the right value from the right saved search. This is the transaction fields and below is a report. Group by contract No,contract name,tranch no (column). Status 1 column (consolidated status of invoices under the tranch)., Status - i set partial if there are multiple status. Contract no. =custom field mapped to a custom record X Deal Name So - custom field mapped to the custom record X field Tranch No (body)=transaction body field ,, not mapped on anything- just a free form text,, Tranch No (column)=transaction column field.. not mapped on anything- just a free form text,,
