Who can help me change the log level in the Suite Tax Engine plugin?

It seems you don't have it enabled. Why are you talking about the log level then?

When you do get it enabled, you can change the log level at: Customization > Plug-ins > Plug-in Implementations. Click edit next to your tax plugin.
