@al3xicon we are used to closing sales orders and that preventing the order from shipping since our item fulfillment doesn't get created until the items are shipped. In our new environment, we create the item fulfillment almost immediately which means if a customer wants to cancel the order, we have no way to stop the item fulfillment. Unless there's some secret way to close the item fulfillment that I'm unaware of?
