@al3xicon probably there's a change in behavior due to the recent changes they introduced in the system. Most especially last week those DBs scheduled to be rolled out to 2016.2 last 9/9 encountered issues so they have to cancel the roll out..not sure but ...one sure thing is the system shouldn't allow you to fulfill
