What steps can we take to reproduce the problem you are experiencing? - Create Sales Order - Approve Sales Order (set to Pending Fulfillment) - Click Fulfill to open fulfillment screen - Before saving fulfillment, go back to Sales Order and change to Pending Approval (separate tab/window) - Save Item Fulfillment 3. What is the result you are experiencing when you follow these steps? Fulfillment is saved and order gets shipped even though it was set back to pending approval 4. What is the result you are expecting? There should be a warning that the Sales Order had been changed by someone else and was no longer pending fulfillment 5. How does this problem affect your business? Depending on the timing, we may ship out orders that we do not intend to.
