As anyone been able to do a CSV import of landed costs to an Inbound Shipment successfully? I keep getting this error: Invalid landedcostshipmentitems reference key PO#PO016261 597310 for id 2142. I have tired 10 different versions of the Associated Items formatting and no matter what, I get the exact same error, and yes, I have searched SuiteAnswers and followed their instructions to no avail, I also noticed that the articles that come up are 2-3 yrs old. I need to be able to import up to 10 different categories of Landed Costs for multiple PO's and multiple Items and each PO/Item having different values for each category.

Hey! That error usually means the shipment item reference isn't matching exactly. Try using the internal ID of the shipment item instead of the PO number format. In your CSV, look for the actual shipment item internal ID from the inbound shipment record; it's different from the PO line ID. Also make sure you're using the exact format: ShipmentItemInternalID not PO#. The reference key format changed a while back which is why those old SuiteAnswers articles don't work anymore.

Good Morning, I am not sure what I am missing here, I have used that number in my import both as an Internal ID and as a Names by clicking on the pencil durning the mapping stage of the Import, every time I get this error.
Well now I feel like a total idiot, I had 2 numbers in the Internal ID of the Inbound Shipment transposed. I fixed that, and it is working!
