does anyone know a way to easily inline edit an estimate record to change the status? looking for a way for sales reps to quickly update their quotes to an accurate status rather than having to edit each quote directly

I haven't tested this, but have you tried creating a custom field? Allow the user to inline edit that custom field and have that drive the native status field with a Workflow?

that is basically my plan @Josh Godfrey if no native functionality exists - just confirming that first - but appreciate the help!
