NetSuite Renewal Nightmare: we have been on the platform for 13 years and this is the first renewal where NetSuite wants to add a 7% uplight TO EVERY YEAR of a 5yr renewal. This would result is a 40% uplight which is actually above list pricing (unless list pricing has gone up dramatically?) This would be a DRAMATIC shift for how multi-year renewals are handled: across the industry you normally only get a single uplift and then it is fixed for the term. Is anyone else running into this?

that's a new one, but I've heard from tons of people that Oracle is increasingly unwilling to negotiate hardly at all, so it's not surprising.

Yea, my reseller says this is now common and, in fact, the uplifts are 10% or more! Oracle has been overly aggressive and started losing customers and have softened, a bit.
