Anybody ever run into this error when working with Kilimanjaro-era code locally in conjunction with things loading extremely slowly?

CustomContentType.Base.View.js:117 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'install')

. It shows up about 75% of the time I refresh the page and prevents the page from loading. Couple that with 15-20+ second load times and local dev takes FOREVER.
