I'm having the same/a similar issue. It's something with the Admin Notifications page. If you attempt to log in and get an Unexpected Error and part of the URL in your address bar is "adminmessage", replace everything after the first slash with "app/center/card.nl?sc=-29&whence=". This will get you in.
