Payment notification: Years ago I created a custom payment notification for ACH & simple body text for notification. That customer is still sending you ACH Payment Notifications with a custom message and the Voucher attached. I cannot remember how and where I defined the custom email body? I can see an email template and the PDF Voucher but cannot find where I connected the email template.
