Does anybody know of headless implementation of NetSuite SCA (i.e. using React for the front end but fetching data from NS)?

Not that I have heard of. Perhaps a long shot, but I know of many companies using Shopify + Celigo to great effect. (Sorry if this is sacreligious to state openly)

Shopify + Celigo is tough. The Celigo manuals are lacking a ton of detail. I'm doing a few hundred order a day now and it still requires maintenance. The fraudsters are also finding holes really quickly.
