03/17/2022, 11:49 AMI think previously you had to generate a file and import it into GTM. All that did was highlight just how complex the integration is and how much I don’t want to touch it. 😄

03/17/2022, 5:15 PMI managed to install GA4 using the Tag Manager bundle and everything works except conversion tracking. I had everything sending conversion value to the GA4 datalayer, but the data never seemed to appear in account stats and I didn't have the time to experiment endlessly. In the end, I had to install Universal Analytics in parallel, with a custom mod to capture sales values.
