Do you know any specific conditions under a line with quantity = 0 would be added to the cart in SCA?

I'm sorry, what? Adding 0 quantity of something to the cart? is this something you've seen, or something you want?

This is an issue reported, that we have not been able to reproduce. It sounds crazy, we were guessing it could be happening for a weird reason in the backend once the SO is placed, however it supposed the items are added on the website, we are trying to figure it out how/why this is happening and if this is specific to any browser version. Our client has shared a PDF of the sales order containing duplicated lines of the items added but with quantity=0. netsuite

I would be very interested in seeing this replicated. I think it should be impossible to add 0 of something to a cart

Correct, we have not been able to reproduce it but it has happened a few times, so weird.

My sales team has reported a single instance of this happening, too. I was never able to replicate it though.
