Hi guys, has anyone encountered this error before? Item has amount in it and a few weeks ago, this Request a Quote feature is working fine but I believe there some Quote configuration changes that was done at the back. I'm using SCA src SSP but it still throws this error so I guess it has something to do with the backend:

I typically see this error when people try to use variable price items on their webstore. Is that what you're trying to do?

Hi Steve, what do you mean by "Variable price items"? I'm using Inventory items and was able to submit quotes successfully with the same item but not it's not working 😅

Variable price items are those where the customer sets the price themselves. It's usually used for donations.

oh got it. Nope, not the case. Prices for the items I'm trying to request a quote for is already defined on the item record 🙂

Just double check that the field is unchecked on the item record. And there might be an issue with the pricing in general, for example perhaps with the price level for the user.

thanks! sorry to sound dumb here but which field should I check it that's unchecked? For price, I think there's no issue because we're using base price
