Client wants to have "detailed shipping tracking" in the order confirmation email. Currently there are the dynamic url links for UPS/Fedex in the email, but it appears they want the detailed information pulled from the UPS/Fedex link directly within the order confirmation email. How can this be achieved? Is there a netsuite integration that can accomplish this or is there a programmable solution?

@Peter Spangler On the order confirmation email? How detailed could the shipping information be on the order confirmation email since the order was just placed? In either case, I have a client that is currently in the process of implementing Narvar (https://corp.narvar.com/) for more detailed shipping information. It’s….OK. We have a some account-specific challenges for this client, but in general, I feel like they’re not overly-supportive if you’re not a client like Home Depot or Nike. In the process, they also investigated Route (https://route.com/) that looked promising
