Has anyone encountered an issue with Avalara’s AvaTax in SCA checkout where the tax isn’t updated when a promotion is entered? We recently installed the latest Avalara AvaTax Basic bundle, version 7.8.1. The SCA website is Kilimanjaro. When an order type SuitePromotion promotion is entered in checkout, the tax is not updated. If the shipping address or shipping option is changed, the tax is then updated correctly. Anyone know of how to resolve the issue? Thanks

I've heard that you can trigger a tax calc on the back-end through the scriptable cart.
