We have built a product on SuiteCommerce Standard.
Our client's SuiteCommerce Standard version got updated even before we got the update (2021.2).
How can we make sure that we get the update before our clients do? May I know who is the best person to talk to about this?

Well, typically you would open a support case and ask to have your account updated to leading; and then your customer would raise a case to ask to have their account updated to lagging
