Hi everyone, In our Webstore, we have applied a promotion on specific Items (which adds some free gift items to cart) and also we are using an external Payment method during checkout. When we add one of the specified items to cart, go through the checkout process and try to checkout with our external payment method... we are getting following error on "Review Your Order" page: "*This transaction is not eligible for the free gift options that you have entered. Please review your options."* And this is not letting us Place Order. Does anyone know what could be causing this error. Thanks for your time.

Hi! How was set the audience of that promotion? Do you have it for all the customers?

Hi Fran! Thanks...Yes on the Promotion record in NetSuite, in audience the "Everyone" option is selected.
